Welcome to the BR Loop Community Information Site

Welcome to BRLoop.com, the official website for information on the Baton Rouge Loop, a major road project to address traffic congestion in our region. Please refer to this site for news, meeting dates, maps and other information on the progress being made on the Baton Rouge Loop Implementation Plan. Locally preferred corridors emerged late in the Implementation Plan phase, with various alternative options charted through northern Livingston and East Baton Rouge Parishes and Iberville and Ascension Parishes between the Mississippi and Amite Rivers. This process is open to the public, and we encourage you to participate as much as possible. The Baton Rouge Loop plan is being developed under the guidance of the Parish Presidents of Ascension, East Baton Rouge, Iberville, Livingston, West Baton Rouge Parishes, and the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development. Please follow this project as it moves forward and give us your feedback so the Baton Rouge Loop can be among the most successful in the country.
